The DT&T Datacenter Specialist provides technical support to internal customers as well as external partners, acting as a point of escalation for our End User Support team. All escalated support issues are tracked properly through our ticketing system. He / She is responsible for problem analysis, documentation, resolution, as well as any project work as required. The position will report to the TECHNOLOGY OPERATION LEAD.
